You have malware that is why it is happening. go to microsoft.com and download malware removal kit. if you are unable to download it from there that means you are infected very badly. try google.com serch for malware removal tool and download. once completed. go to cnet.com and download trojan remover and scan your system. it will fix everything and put thing in it's rightful place. once completed delete it. good luck
