I found mine to to becaused by hard water deposits. Our tape water has all kinds of minerals in it. & after time the jets get plugged solid with white calcium scale. hard as a rock. Best solution is to disassemble & hone each jet hole. It dose take some time, but that will work. & for now on use distilled water or at least filtered is better than nothing. Hope this helps?
Lime scale build up inside the elementchambers causing poor heat transfer to the water the steam being cooler thAn usual condenses back into water it reaches the porthole the steam is ejected from and you get this leaking effect steam and water together your need to professionally get the device descaled
Either the screen is blocked or the valve seat is clogged. Remove the screw and screen make sure you can see light through every hole in the screen. Now try to run the head if water flows, screen was dirty if no water, remove 2 allen wrench screws and diffuser and spring and valve(DO NOT LOSE SPRING AND VALVE), run the head, if water flows the blockage is clear re assemble and you are back in business. Here is a little pic to help you on the way.
Remove your filter cartridge and test again. If flow is still low, then check for debris plugging the inlet to the pump. If removing the cartridge resolves the flow issue, then clean the filter or replace it.
Check the shower screen and diffuser in the head, they might be blocked, if not, check the metering jet at the top of the head(large nut) CAREFUL, make sure machine is off and cool before removing, use a paperclip or pipe cleaner to clear blockage. If not blocked then you will have to check the brew solenoid.
From what you have asked the only thing I can suggest is that the pump needs to be replaced.
Do you hear the pump vibrating?
The lines from the pump may be blocked.
Have you tried to descale the machine.
