Well it is the correct code for fans, but other parts as well connected to the fan.

• Causes:• Defective laser unit fan • Disconnected or defective harness • Defective drive board • Defective BCU
• Remedy:1. Check or replace the harness. 2. Replace the laser unit fan. 3. Replace the laser unit fan motor. 4. Replace the DRB. 5. Replace the BCU.

Ventilation fan: rear error
The motor lock signal error is detected for 10 seconds after the motor lock signal was first detected.
Causes:
• Defective ventilation fan: front or rear • Disconnected or defective harness • Defective DRB • Defective BCU
Remedy:
1. Check or replace the harness. 2. Replace the ventilation fan: front (SC530) or rear (SC531). 3. Replace the DRB. 4. Replace the BCU.

C0F24 Code is the code for the sensor that monitors the drum. I would remove the drum cartridge two black screws pull out the drum assy. Remove the drum be careful do not nick or harm the drum the sensor is located on the left side of the to the rear of the of the drum looks like to little eye of a bug. Dust with a brush NO VACUUM static could destroy it. Re-install drum and re-install cartridge. When the last time a PM was done Developer replaced and Drum replaced?
