Try to check the net work from your service provider, try to remove the battery then place it back in, reset the phone,

My doro phone says sos call only. how do I get that off my screen?


The SOS calls only happens under specific situations on mobile phones. If you haven't paid your bill or are out of minutes on your plan, then the message will always show up. If you use pre-paid cell minutes, check your balance.

Similarly, if your phone isn't within range of a cellular tower for your network but does have signal from other networks, the phone will allow emergency calls to go on the other network. Talk to your provider about the coverage area and check if you were in a covered area.

A damaged SIM card could also give the problem. This is due to looking like a "not on plan" phone. Talk to your provider about the SIM card if this could be the problem.

I have the right plan, sim card and i paid my bill i have no service u can only leave a voicemail also i have done a master reset what do i do?


If your service was cancelled, and you paid the bill afterwards, it usually takes up to 24 hrs before you get "connected" again. If it is more than 24 hrs since you paid your bill, contact your service provider.

Lost my mobil bill


Mobil bill, ah you have lost it, I have lost quite few bills in my life.I most often get a reminder to pay, if not and my memory serves me I phone if the phone is still open or contact (either snail mail or E-mail) my service provider and ask them if were possible that I had not paid my bill on time. I find the people working atmy service providers very understanding and send willingly another bill.

How do I find out what state a cell phone is calling from?


You probably cant. I say this because even though the caller ID will have an area code associated with it, that cell phone can be anywhere where there is cell service.

Now then, if you have access to the printed bill, it will tell where the connection originated and terminated which might tell you that, for example, a cell with a 303 area code actually connected in Texas.

I would enter a bill for the $6.00. When you paid the original bill and added $6.00, QB simply thought you were overpaying and is probably carrying a $6 credit as a prepay.

Phone lost service


Pull the battery on the device for 30 seconds. If that doesn't restore the service you need to call in to T-mobile, ask for PDA, and have them reset you on the network. There may be a network outage in the area too, but that will still require a call in to find out.

Network problem


hello there....well its quite simple...the network in your area is weak...if you try to use it in city center it should work there ...

if its not working anywhere call the customer service of you network provider...problem could be with your sim ...they can send you sim updates or a new sim and that should be free with in one or two days by post

before calling them check the network connectivity with people living in and around your house or your family and friends ...if they use a different service provider it could be a problem with your network provider

so switch your network ...but before you change just call them such problem can result due to repairs related to cell towers or servers

Cannot detect the network connection


if the sim is definately ok and the phone isnt in flight mode, the Phone may be faulty, blacklisted or not designed to be used in your region (eg gsm phone in cdma only area)
Ask your service provider (people who suply your sim card) if your IMEI (type *#06#) is blacklisted, if so the previous owner has registered it lost or stolen or not paid their bill

Accounts messed up


In my experience, if accounts payable shows them paid, then I would just delete the bill. The bills are just a bill. Once the payable shows them paid, then you would want to get the bills off the balance sheet. The accounts payable will show up on the P&L. I would try 1 transaction first and make sure everything is where it needs to be, and then go forward from there. I would discourge you away from creating bogus accounts. They can scew with the P&L.
