Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
My pearl used to do this all the time - only reason this happens is because you are running the old software - havent found this issue with my replacement - and because youre not closing your apps when you use them - if you keep your apps open and then just switch to phone or a diff app - it uses your memory and deletes your txts and your call log, but not your emails....... to work with this, close every app, and in the future close every app when your finished using it......
and at least a few times a week take the battery out and put it back in, this resets the memory.....

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
