I want a touch screen mp3 player for a 12 yr old and do not want to spend more than $50.00.

Sansa clip mp3 player
bought mp3 player that requires windows xp sp2 which i have and windows media player 10 or higher which i have wmp 11. when i connect the mp3 player into the usb port the installation wizard automatically starts dowload the hardware off of the mp3 player. after a minute or so an error pops up saying the "wait operation timed out." the guy at the store i bought it from and tech support from sansa said my computer is running too slow and that is why it can't download it. canyou help please!

im experiencing the same problem...please help me....when i plug it in my computer it says it was connected and a new hardware found and asking for a installer and that it i cant do anything.....im using windows xp....guys, help me please! thank you very much!

t what i did was that every night before i go to sleep i plug in my usb cord and than i put my computer on stand by and plug in my mp3 player it starts to charge but the thing is that if you have any music playing pause it so it could charge.

When I plug the mp3 usb cable into the mp3 player and the computer usb port, it just says connected, but it won't charge. I charged it once in January and it recharged it without a problem. But I sure have a problem now. What should I do?

I try to charge my mp3 and when I plug the usb cord to my mp3 and computer it will not charge.

I have a Sansa Clip MP3 player and cannot get the song list to display on
the computer. I tried to follow the paragraph that they give you in the insert,
but not enough information if your computer doesn't respond with the exact
response they give. I have 171 songs on it that a co-worker downloaded for
me at work, but when I plug into the USB port, I see the Sansa icon , but
it won't print out a list of songs on the screen. What do I do when I plug this
thing into the USB port. What do I open next ? Help !
