Bluetooth connects to LG Vu phone but does not work
Recently the bluetooth that came with my phone stopped working ( it has worked fine for several months)- it shows as connected and I get the tone in my earpiece showing it is connected but when I call someone I cannot hear anything in my earpiece or on my phone and they cannot hear me. I thought it might be the actual earpiece so I switched to the new in package bluetooth that came with second LG Vu for my husband and have the same problem. I have selected "visibility on" in the menu on my phone and still cannot hear anything in my earpiece.

password are for security and privacy reasons.. missmatched password while pairing bluetooth devices means you have entered incorrect pass code. usually the the device A you are searching with asked you to create a pass code when you are pairing device B. When connection is establishing, device B will ask you for the pass code you just created for pairing device A with device B. this pass code is different for each and everytime you connect to a device.
my friend found her book with the instructions. You have to turn the phone on. Make sure the bluetooth is enabled. Then hold the power button on the bluetooth down until the red and blue lights flash back and forth. then try to discover it on the phone. it works!!!!!!!
yes what you need to do is not go into the phone menu but main settings menu of the head unit in there is a setting for bluetooth go into that and you can highlight and delete pairing do this for the lg vu as well and then it should free up and let you reinstall it normaly if that doesnt work get back to me and maybe we can set up a live phone chat and i can walk you while im sitting my prius so i can give you more specific instuction
Hi there, if you are connected through the bluetooth, then you have to see that is your ringtone reusable i man some ringtones you cannot share or send. the easiest way is to go to the folder where your desired ringtone is (be sure you are connected) click on the properties and you will see the option 'send" and when you click it it will ask text/mms/bluetooth select bluetooth it will search for the device (if you paired the device already then it will show) select the designated device and click ok
