Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S2276 Notebook
Every time I open my new laptop I get this message: " Could not locate valid definitions file. Please go to the options page and click update definitions to download a definitions file." I have looked everywhere and can not find an Options Page to click. How do I respond to this message???

This is more than likely a message from your Anti-Virus program. Quick fix would be to uninstall your anti virus program and reinstall it. Or you can just uninstall this AV program and install the free AV program called AVG. Click on AVG to download it. Hope this helps.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
