Question about Panasonic Panafax UF-790 Plain Paper Laser Fax

Panafax uf-790 Recently we have moved our panafax uf-790 from our office to our home and now after we hooked it up it will not receive faxes. It faxes out just fine. We are doing something wrong. can you help?

First see if you plugged the phone line into the line jack and not the extension or answering machine jack, Sounds like it is not plugged into the LINE jack.
Thats the most frequent problem when you can fax out but not in.

There is a fix for this. But only a Panasonic tech has access to the parts for the fix. The toner sensor underneath must be moved closer to the cartridge, you are not low on toner.

Do they show Code 21?

Factory reset them.

Unplug the power cord from the back of the machine
While holding down the ENERGY SAVER key, plug in the power cord.
