Sounds like a short circuit to me. Somewhere the hot wire is touching a ground (metal frame).

Put new marine stereo in boat when hooked up battery crossed wires with second battery and blew fuse, now keeps blowing same fuse

If you mean you put the two batteries in series and loaded the radio with 24 volts, you need a new radio. You will have melted components inside and are causing a dead short.

Mazda Soho 1.3 endura engine wires burnt. After wires were replaced everything worked. Now the car wont start even after replacing coil pack.Help me please.

My best guess with such limited info. Is that when the new Wiring was done one or more wires were Set next to the Exhaust manifold. These get extremly hot. and will Melt thru the wires and then they short out on the metal. I would look for melted wires. and replace the melted area and Keep away from the hot metal of the engine.

Hi I need some help please my mower wont start I changed the solenoid and still wont start it just makes a clicking sound when I turn the key also the cables battery cables get hot any suggestions

Check to make sure the back of your key switch is clean and free of all dirt. DON'T clean with a wire brush with the battery connected. Either use a plastic bristled brush (stiff) or disconnect the battery. Also, I have seen the stator spike and melt wires together. Cut the zip-ties and pull the black wire isolation tubing off the wires to check for melted wires. Use your sense of smell to help you sniff along the wires and find tbe melt.

1985 Gl1200 LE Stator wires melted at the plug in

The yellow wires can go in any order (its does not matter as long as the wires are one yellow wire to one yellow wire. They melted most likely because the connector was corroded (had a bad connection) or the charging system has an issue. Put a new connector on it. Run the engine @ about 2500rpm for about 5 minutes, then grab the connector with your hand to see if it is hot to your touch. If the connector is not hot then most likely the charging system is ok and if the connector is hot, then the charging system has something else wrong in it.

I have a ariens riding lawn mower and I keep blowing a 30amp fuse

look at every wire ...trace it untill you find the striped wire thats touching up against a piece of metal somewhere...or something you may have recently put back together where the wires are now backwards...
the only other thing is something really hot melted it and its grounding out on metal..
CHECK EVERY WIRE...get under there...get dirty...but dont get a headache...ive been there..thats why im writing you man!

GL1200 LTD not keeping battery charged while riding

check the stator conetion that is next to battery(three yellow wires and melted three wire gang plug). if not melted check all 3 wires to ground there should be no continuity.then check all 3 wires for 1-5ohms of res. if you have cont. to ground stator must be replaced. if stator checks good repair wires if melted and recheck dc output at battery. if still not charging at 14.DC volts check reqtifier/regulator. under your glove box to the left side.
