-What path dose you computer take to go to the internet? -Any Routers? Switches? -Is this a wireless network? -Do you have a Static IP setup? Or know what that is? -What is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? -What Brand and Type is your Modem? -Are there lights flashing where you connect the ethernet cord to you computer? Any more information you can give would be beneficial?

In Windows XP
Start>Run>cmd, click Okay
In the Black window Type
ipconfig>enter This should give you a IPADRESS ex: 192.168.1.1
in the black window type
ping www.google.com
Check the ping statistc package sent package received package lose
If you get 4S,4R,0L you have a internet connection
If you have a internet connection and can not display the web page. you might have a browser issue
Tyry resetting IE to default setting

I have an AcerVeriton M264 and I bought a graphics card for it yester day and installed it but all I get when I turn on the pc now is a blank screen with a message that says "over range" I can not do anything else except turn the pc back off. Any help would be great, Thank you.
