Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Before sending it back, you can: - Check if there are nothing that can block the connectors inside the plug of the iPhone - Remove the SIM card and put it back in - Press both left side and up buttons for 20 seconds - Blow dry air in the iPhone plug and replug the charger - Does iTunes see the iPhone when it is connected to the computer?
