Gavindu gave a solution fro my toshiba lap...

the problem was not solved yet because the sound card device was not installed that was indicated wen i opened the control pnael, i think it was been erased when i tried to clean my drive. it says there that there was "no audio device" wat will i do, can someone send me a software copy, so i can download it. I think the software for this model is already obsolite that is why i cant find it in the web here is my laptops info
