Hi, it's Jeremy from Crucial Vacuum.
There are a few potential solutions you should try. One problem might be that the hole the steam comes out of is clogged. To remedy this, take a Q-tip and insert it into the steam hole. Be sure to use a pair of pliers to insert the Q-tip just incase steam does come out. You do not want to get burned to the ensuing steam. If clearing the steam hole does not work try creating a solution of water and vinegar to flush through your steam mop. The vinegar should be able to break-down any substances preventing your mop from building steam.
Attached is a video showing you how to try each of these solutions:

Your heater in the cleaner is either plugged or has quit working, make sure you are getting a good ground for the cleaner. you may want to check the ground pin on the cord and make sure it is not loose or broken.

You have to use distilled water in the steam mop. regular water clogs it up and causes it not to work.
