Question about Kodak ESP 3 Multifunction Printer/ Copier/ Scanner
Im getting this same error, i suggest turning to the kodak 5*00 troubleshooting for advise, they use the same print mechanism
it seems that 3802 is related to a blocked or dirty print head... try taking it out and wiping it softly with tissue (dont apply too much pressure, and stroke only along the lines, not across them)
this seemed to do the trick for me.
the 5 series kodaks used to respond well to a 92% ethanol solution being used to clean them, if you need to do that, just make sure its dried off before putting it back in the printer
