Hi, i have bought a new Nokia bluetooth headset BH503, but it is not able to pair with my mobile phone Nokia E71, apparently my phone is not able to detect the bluetooth headset.It shows " No...

Hi ttc81,

Please make sure that your phone's bluetooth is in shown to all mode and not in hidden mode.

Also check if there are any particular instructions in your bluetooth headset's manual for pairing a device.

If the above procedure does not work , try to pair the bluetooth with another mobile phone and if it gets paired , then it means that your bluetooth is not compatible with Nokia E71.

Hope this helps ...:) Let me know in case you have any queries.

Bluetooth, when activated on your mobile device, you get to chose to be noticed or not. If you chose NOT, then anyone with bluetooth seeking to connect with another device with bluetooth, you're device WILL NOT come up. It'll only show up when you chose YES to notice. When someone is seeking via bluetooth for another bluetooth device to connect with, they'll find your's. You'll have a personalized name or a generic name. Typically, the generic name will be the model of phone you are using. Plus, bluetooth can only connect to one thing at a time. Can't do multiple pairings. In some countries, young adults leave their bluetooths open and noticed for all to find as a dating network.
Hope that answered your question!!

Cheers!

How do I attach my universal bluetooth haedset to my nokia n70

it should go like this
menu/connections/bluetooth/paired devices/options/add new device (pair new device)/the BT will go ON tt will find new devices select one that you want to pair wait for the connection then it might ask you for some kind of code unless the other device is mobile from other user and he put some other code for himself than you will need to ask if not just type 0000 or 12345 everything is automatic and it should be easy - i dont know if that 100% accurate cos i sold mine n70 and now i have e51 but it should go as i said

I am trying to program my nokia 2600 phone to my motorla h700 blu

First of all, the Nokia 2600 is not a blue tooth phone.

If you should get a Nokia phone that supports blue tooth your best bet would be to make sure any previously paired devices are turned off.

Then make sure that blue tooth is enabled on your phone. For most Nokia models its as follows;

Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth > Bluetooth On

Then attempt to put your device in pairing mode.

Return to;
... > Bluetooth > Search Audio Enhancements

If your phone supports Bluetooth the phone should and device should pair after you enter the pairing pin, usually 0000.

Johnny_Nh, to answer your question, different Models are equipped with blue tooth when they are manufactured. Also, there are different versions of bluetooth, 1.0 and 2.0. If you have an older phone supporting Bluetooth 1.0 you will not be able to use a bluetooth 2.0 headset.
