can you help me.. the games that i have in my console is taking too long to be loaded! what should i do? do i have to upgrade it to a higher version so loading wont take that long?

Hi Fee-J,

This problem can be a few different things.

Go to the internet browser and click on the tool setup Icon. In there delete all cookie and offline file content.
Your UMD might be dirty. I think you can find a device that cleans the UMD's on Ebay or at the Gamestop stores.
Your Laser Lens might be dirty. Use a Q-tip and dampen it with Glass Cleaner. Swab the lens with that, and use a Dry Q-tip to dry the lens.
