The calculator that I have is all blue or black in the screen

The calculator that I have is all blue or black when I turn it on. I tried using contrast but it didn't work. Can some one help me get rid of this problem

Hello,
The right way to set contrast is
1.Press [Diamond] key, release it
2. Press [+] and release it (to increase contast) or [-] to decrease.
3 repeat steps 1, 2 till contrast is adequate.

If you follow procedure and it does not work resel machine to factory default [2nd][MEM] [F1][1][2]
]
