Farthest wheel from the master cylinder, working sequentially towards the nearest wheel from the master cylinder.
Engine should not be running. Top off master cylinder, close wheel bleeder, have assistant pump brakes & hold the pedal down, open wheel bleeder, close bleeder, have assistant pump & hold brakes again. Top off master cylinder before moving to next wheel. There's no need to bleed out any huge amount of brake fluid, just enough to verify that no more air bubbles are coming out in the stream. Air should be the first thing to come out of a bleeder (it's at the top), but if one of your brake lines has been replaced, that line will be full of air. It should take two to three pump-hold-bleed cycles to bleed any brake line out, four if the replaced brake line connected to the master cylinder.
