Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
I am a service engineer
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME STEPS TO SOLVE THE BELOW MENTIONED PROBLEM.
we have a canon copier [IR3300]
FIRST WE SWITCH ON THE MACHINE THE ERROR WITH CODE
E0000733-00001 CAME.THEN WE CLEARED THE ERROR BY CLICKING 2&8 ADDITIONAL FUN
when we took the first print out again the error came back with codeE000003--00000
In the touch panel display the warming up process is very slow and finally the error came as said above.
The last error generated is from the fixing unit you have to clear the error again,but if this error code (Error 003) returned a thorough check on the fixing unit is needed.Or could be the AC supply to the machine is not stable.Go to program mode got o display> analog check the fuser/fixing temp hope this will help
