F9-00 is a timeout between the main and imaging boards in your machine. If this is a one-time occurrence you can power off and power on. If it reocuurs you can go into test mode and clear the error with SIM 14 (key sequence P-*-C-* ... then 14-Start-Execute-Yes and hit CA to reboot).
Some things you can do to keep this from happening:
Get your copier on it's own outlet and share it with nothing else.
Put a filter on the line to block out RF interference.
Try turning the copier off, unplugging the network cable, turing it on, waiting until it's ready, then plug the network cable in.
If your F9-00 still comes back, your copier may need a firmware flash. For this model, that procedure is extremely obnoxious and best handled by a service tech. I just wrote a 6-page how-to and I am still adding to it.....
