Either there is a fault contition that makes the printer reboot or a faulty power supply switching the printer on and off. In the second case it means you need to replace the electronics module as an assembly. This is a very expensive part.

Xerox WC 7655 keep saying POWER ON FAIL CAN SOME ONE HELP ME PLEASE

Thank you for reading the At Your Service blog. Please make sure the machine is plugged into a dedicated outlet with no surge protector or power strip. If the problem continues in a dedicated outlet then turn the machine off and unplug the network cable. Turn the machine back on with the network cable still disconnected. If the machine comes on properly then there is an issue with the network. If it still loops consider contacting consider contacting your local support centre for additional assistance.

Xerox 420 DC won't power up

Make sure the circuit breaker on the back (near the power cord connection) isn't tripped. If it is, toggle it to a fully off position, then back to on. If it keeps tripping, try moving the unit to a different wall jack and repeating the process.

Also, do not have this unit plugged into a surge suppressor. Xerox copiers have built-in surge suppressors. Adding another external surge suppressor to the circuit can cause the unit to malfunction.

32 '' CRT won't turn on afer power surge

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the television not turning on:

Make sure the AC power cord is connected securely to a working wall outlet.
NOTE: If the television is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, unplug it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. If the issue is resolved, the problem is with the power strip or surge protector and not the television.

Press the POWER button on the television.
Press the POWER button on the remote control that was supplied with the television.
NOTE: If the television turns on and off using the POWER button on the television but does not respond to the POWER button on the remote control, troubleshoot the remote control.

Unplug the television power cord from the electrical outlet for 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into a known working electrical outlet.
Attempt to turn on the television.
IMPORTANT for the following models only:

KDF-E42A10
KDF-E50A10
KDL-V26XBR1
KDL-V32XBR1
KDL-V40XBR1
Unplugging the above television models from the electrical outlet may only be a temporary fix. The problem may reoccur after several months of use. To completely resolve the issue, a software update is available.

For all other models, service will be required if the troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue.

We have the Xerox Work Center, M15i. Power is going to the cord to the machine, but the machine will not come on. We turned the machine off after a power surge, and that was the last time it's been on.
