If heared clicking noice from copier, You must remove Imaging Unit from copier,remove Drum and vacuum all toner -not developer from imaging unit,also must clean toner tank under toner bottle,and toner in toner auger area.Very dirty job.
So call service but first check that is toner bottle properly seated.
