I bought a refrig from rac straight out a few months ago and its not even a year old yet but it is running but wont freeze or get cool what would be the problem it did say when i pressed the temp butt

The average refrigerator temperature is between 35 & 38 degrees. The maximum temperature a refrigerator can be before bacteria begins to grow is 39 degrees. It would be my recommendation to exchange this unit if you can at your local retailer. can you tell me the model # on the fridge please? the motor is running continuously because it's trying to cool the fridge. it may be a few things, the defrost thermostat, the fan motor itself or the compressor.

them you have a broken damper that lets the air in and closes when temp has reach you need call a tech if you dont know how to repl the damper

There is an internal door between the fridge and freezer section that allows the freezer air to enter the fridge side to keep the fridge cold. Sounds like the internal door is stuck open. Steve

Sounds like the fan can be running backwards. I'm not sure of you exact model, but it has to match the air flow of the original unit. Do you remember? Some manufacturers use reversable motors and are some what easy to reverse.
