Question about Sage Instant Accounts 8.0 (013604ug)
When i have this problem I go into the sage programe via programe files, click into ACCDATA, look for the file named que and delete it. Works every time for me.

Go to Start - Program Files - Sage - Accounts - ACCDATA
Find the QUEUE.DTA file and delete it - this will then allow you access again. Then put this info into notepad as it will probably happen again :)
