I always laugh when I see the picture shown on your question that FIXYA provides! Why? Because the scope is mounted backwards in the picture and is pointed TOWARD the ground!
All of Tasco manuals are on this web site. The MIRROR is the bottom of the telescope. The focuser is the UP end of the telescope tube!
The manual will NOT help you use the telescope. It only has assembly instructions. It will not tell you how to find objects in the night sky, or how to focus, or how to point the telescope.

This is a reflector style telescope the focuser is on the FRONT of the telescope, the mirror is the BOTTOM of the telescope. All astronomical telescope show upside down images. It's normal.
