SOURCE: how to replace actuator on F350 V0

My right sliding door's lock doesn't function either. I took off the door panel and found that the lock mechanism was broken. Normally I would think this strange, as the lock mech is metal. But since this is a Plymouth product, I some how think it should be normal for something to break off without it ever getting a direct hit. I can only assume that my kids closing the door too hard might have had something to do with this. Anyway, the whole lock mech needs to be replaced, and I haven't even tried to see how much that will cost me. This Van has cost twice in repairs than what I paid new for it. (just kidding, but it sure feels like it). If you have an answer to this query

SOURCE: F350 V10 starts but falters and dies

You also might want to check the fuel relay, see if it's been burnt out.

If the truck is still having issues, you might wish to look at the TPS (throttle position sensor). If it's sitting at too low of a position (broken spring usually), it could be killing the truck.

You have replace filter-assuming air filter?
Throttle control? Are you checking to make sure you have Fuel spraying after you crank the engine?
1- Let's check this. AFter cranking for a while.
2- remove spark plugs see if it wet.
3- it if is, you have fuel Go to # 5
4- It if is not, then you don't have Fuel. Need to fix this.
5- Plug the spark plug as it supposely connected, but not screwing in. Hold it against the chasis and crank it up to see if it sparks. Need a helper.
6-If there is no spark. Need to fix this.
7- If your spark plug is wet and there is also spark, report back then I will provide next diagnoses. Good luck.

1999 ford f350 v10 gas won't stop misfiring with new plugs and some new coils. What to do?

If your 1999 Ford F350 V10 gas engine is still misfiring after replacing the spark plugs and some of the coils, here are some additional steps you can take:
  1. Check all the ignition coils: If some of the coils were misfiring, it's possible that the other coils are also damaged and need to be replaced.
  2. Check the fuel system: Misfires can also be caused by problems with the fuel system. Check the fuel filter, fuel pressure, and fuel injectors to ensure they are working properly.
  3. Check the air intake system: A dirty or clogged air filter can also cause misfires. Make sure the air filter is clean and replace it if necessary.
  4. Check the vacuum system: A vacuum leak can cause a misfire. Inspect all the vacuum lines and connections to ensure they are tight and not leaking.
  5. Check the timing: A misfire can also be caused by incorrect ignition timing. Check the timing belt or chain to ensure it is properly aligned and not worn out.
  6. Check the engine compression: Low compression in one or more cylinders can cause misfires. Perform a compression test to check the compression levels in all cylinders.
If none of these steps resolve the misfire issue, it may be best to have a professional mechanic diagnose and repair the problem.

99 f250 v10 auto 4x4-cat converter imploded,

The fuel pressure sounds too low. Is it multi-port injection? Check the fuel pressure against your specs for the car and engine. MPFI systems usually require 40-50 psi.

After 2 years of no use my f350 v10 has a lack of

Check the fuel after about a year gas tends to go bad. If it smells like varnish it's bad. If its not the fuel do a compression check This will tell you if the valves are seating properly and if the rings are in good shape. If it's the fuel drain it refill and add fuel treatment. If it's a lack of compression try adding Marvel Mistery oil to the oil this will free up the rings and valves. Good Luck
Hope this helps
