Question about Mitsubishi Mr. Slim MXZ30TN Air Conditioner

1 Answer

Mitsubishi Electric PAR-F27MEA

I have control panels all around the building which were at one time all set to be centrally controlled by the old facilities manager. When he left, we had the engineer take them off so that each office could control their own temperature. The board room is still showing as centrally controlled and is very warm. The engineer, I'm sure, told me to press two buttons together to take it off being centrally controlled. Does anyone know what two buttons?

No heat output, fan works, can't find any fuse for heater

if the heater fan is working then either the heater direction vent is stuck in the closed position or the heater matrix has a blockage , the vent is controlled by the direction control knob/slider, does this feel like it is moving as before the problem started,if not strip out the control panel and check if the control cable is still connected at both ends, if this is ok then i'd say there is a blockage in the heater matrix which is par of the engine's coolant system , if the engine isn't overheating etc then the matrix is most likely blocked, then i'dgo ahead and flush through the matrix by removing the top and bottom hose ,these will be 2 hoses that enter the interior of vehicle through the bulkhead access from engine comparment, probably around 1 inch/25mm in diameter , clamp these hoses shut before removing them as you dont want to loose all engine coolant , hose clamps are cheap and readily available , then undo the pipe clips and use a water hose with a nossle to flush out the matrix ,replace the hoses run engine and open close heat control ,cold to hot , a few times , run engine for around 10 minutes hopefully you will have heat ,let engine cool and check coolant level as will need a top up hope this helps

Kenmore Elite Oasis top load has a code of F 71?

F71 is no communication detected from the User Interface to the Central Control Unit (CCU). This could simply mean a loose or poor connection between the two communicating boards.

Disconnect power to the washer prior to servicing to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Remove the three screws attaching the top panel to the rear of the washer then slide the panel rearward and lift it off the washer.

Disconnect the User Interface ribbon connector from the left side of the Central Control Unit (CCU) and clean the connector and terminals thoroughly. Reseat the connector several times to ensure a good connection between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the User Interface.

It is highly recommended to clean and reseat every wiring harness connector from the Central Control Unit (CCU) to prevent the same problem in the near future.

Reconnect every wiring harness to the CCU and make sure all connectors are firmly seated. Slide the top panel back into position and secure it to the rear of the washer with the screws previously removed.

My Mitsubishi colt CZ1 (07 plate) has problem with cental locking. I can manually central lock but with the remote it locks/unlocks all the doors except the driver's door. Please help. Thanks

Central locking works by way of little electric motors that engages and disengages the door lock. The drivers door has an additional set of contacts in the actuator which signal the controller when it changes position. The controller activates the servo motors when a signal is received from the receiver or from the drivers door servo motor. So in your case I suspect the motor part of the drivers door actuator is done for.
To replace you will have to remove the inner driver's door panel to get at the actuator. The actuator itself cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced as a unit.

The sound comes and goes on my Toshiba C655 laptop. It goes out then comes back on its own. All indicators say the sound is working fine, the speakers are fine...the mute is not on...no help with...

if the laptop is less than 6 months old you should still have warranty you could retutn it on a warranty issue before you touch anything but you could attempt some basic troubleshooting
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers
click start control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers make sure you have selected the
(((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
also
click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar
if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand, system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check
the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good
try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer
hope this helps
