Problem for LG RH1999H DVD Recorder / HDD Recorder

HDD/DVD Model RH265 : worked perfectly for 14 months. Now will not allow deletion of data from HD and also will not allow recording to HD. Symbol circle with diagonal bar appears on screen . Still allows viewing of recorded data.

Sounds like the hard disk might be full. How many recordings have you got on the machine? You say it won't allow you to delete "data". Have you protected the recordings?
