Battery goes flat overnight replaced battery still

Also check the settings on the phone, if you have disabled power saving features that dim the screen after so many seconds then the backlight will drain the battery very quickly. Use name brand batteries and not the ones that come with the phone, the ones that come with the phone can often ****. Finally, make sure that you do not have a short in your wall charger and that the first time you use a new battery you charge it fully to begin with and don’t charge it again until it is completely depleted. Supposedly newer batteries do not have to be primed, but I find it is a good practice anyway. Use the charger that came with your phone, the voltage/amps are not always just right if using a radio shack special.
