Bissell heavy duty 9x cyclonic vacuum cleaner has loud noise when brush roller is turned on

Inspect the area around the brush roll. There may be something stuck somewhere in there. Remove the brush roll to see if the brush roll end caps will spin freely. If there is hair or debris restricting the brush roll may be causing noise.

Making loud high pitched noise and no suction. Belt seems fine

Sounds like something is clogged/blocking the intake hose. Pull off your bin & see if you can feel/see anything blocking that hose that everything goes thru.

Hello, my bissell vacuum is making a loud noise. How can i stop it from making this noise.

Hello, this is Ava with Think Crucial.

To fix any noise issues that your Bissell vacuum gives, a proper maintenance will do the trick. Most of the time, cleaning the filters, checking for blockages and clearing the passageways will eliminate the noise. You may need to refer to your User's Manual for instructions on how to do proper maintenance.

Vacuum sounds like an airplane after 1 year of use.

the motor bearings are starting to fail most likely. You can diagnose the source of the noise by removing the brushroll and belt, could possibly be the brushroll bearings but if you still get the noise when the belt is off its the motor.

My vacuum makes a really loud noise when I turn it on. It was working and now it smells like something is burning. I check the belt- it looks ok.

The belt may look okay but it still can be stretched or worn and can be slipping on the motor shaft and thats why you have the burning smell. I would try changing the belt. Here is a link to the manual and a link to the belt you need:
