Problem for Fax Machines

Faxing
I can send faxes all day long, but I cannot receive faxes at all. I will get a message that an error occured when receiving the fax and then my all-in-one will automatically redial the failed fax number
We have moved house and the old fax line is now disconnected, we are on a wireless BT system with one telephone number for house and fax line. HP 2510 user manual does not explain how to change this number from old to new. I have uninstalled then reinstalled disk, still no joy, driving me nuts!!! It worked perfectly well before this, with no problems.

- i can fax out all day long I have a new cartridge in and it will copy very well but all faxes received are plain white paper with nothting on it- sharlab

- when trying to send a fax les pages are gone but in the middle i receive a message saying "fuser error" and the fax is not going through. in the confirmation message i get "send error". so i don't know how to solve this problem, if you can help me i will be grateful.many thanks- bou57
