nothing is cheap until you know exactly what is wrong
take it to a repair shop and get a proper diagnosis and a quote
sounds like you have cracked the screen and if that is the case it will not be cheap

Just throw the phone really hard and hope it breaks. It itsn't worth repairing. Your phone isn't that new. Its just that bad. Usell.com won't take a brand new one for more than $10 and gazelle won't take it at all. Its not worth the money. Get something else

The lcd screen cracked and won't show display but touch screen still works and you can turn off and on.

The LCD panel and Touch screen panel were both have separate circuit connection. the covering panel of the LCD is the touch screen the inner is the LCD, replacing an LCD is quite just bit easy all you need a replacement LCD, you can purchased it online or via ebay. and you'll also need a dismantling guide and a very cheap opening tools.

Lcd screen leaked/broke by itself???

Yeah i bought the phone and 2 months later the screen went all funny. the phone shop said it was my fault and it would cost 80 euro to fix:o.....
I am going to buy a replacement screen on ebay and my dad is going to replace mine for me .... My friend had the same problem with a different make of a samsung and she bought a new screen and installed it and it works perfectly :)
