File integrity violated error

The system is trying to protect your computer from a damaged or malicious file.A system file has been corrupted, if a message from Windows(r) File Protection is appearing telling you a file needs to be replaced. If you still have the dllcache folder intact, you can:
1. Open C:\Windows\system32\dllcache from the Run box (available through pressing Win + R on your keyboard).
2. Download Replacer.
3. Copy the file from dllcache that you want to replace to your desktop
4. Rename the file (for instance, to name a really common one, from SHELL32.DL_ to shell32.dll).
5. Open C:\Windows\system32 and locate the other file.
6. Drag it in and press Enter.
7. Drag in the new file and press Enter.
8. Reboot the PC.
If this fails, or if it is several files, your PC is infected and needs cleaning. Download Microsoft(r) Security Essentials, McAfee(tm) Security Scan, or a trial version of Norton(tm), and throughly scan your PC. This should fix your file integrity issues.

Can't scan to computer

I am not an expert, only a c7280 user. I use my printer wirelessly and was having problem scanning when using the controls directly on the printer (scan menu). By trial and error, I tried scanning by going to HP solution center on my computer and just followed the directions from the scan menu. That worked. If you can print wirelessly, you can scan wirelessly. I agree the HP support is a huge waste of time. I only get mad talking to them.

Dll c:/windows/system32/digeste.dll is not valid windows image " this message is appearing on my computer compaq presario laptop - it seems some virus has entered- please let me know how to remove it

Try to download this program and it should remove the virus. It is malwarebytes and it is one i highly recommend. This is just a trial version so you won't have to pay anything but it won't actively scan your system. You will have to do a manual scan each time.

When you do a scan set it to do a full system scan and i hope you have something to do for a couple hours.
