Question about Autodesk AutoCAD 2004 for PC
My school has Windows XP OS. I have Windows Vista OS at home. I've been saving drawiings( AutoCad 2009) to my flash drive to take home and work. When I try to open my drawings back at school , I get a blank screen.
Yes, Its same as you saved MS word or any other office files in latest MS Office 2007 format and try to open in 2003 format. For your future use with all the office related and other softwares you should always try to save two files viz a viz one in the format which your sofware gives by default and the other in the older format which you will have to manually scroll down after saying Save as in your document below the box in which you type the name on which you want to save your file. You will get many options there just check the version of your school autocad and save it according to that version. If you can't go to the school now for checking. Just save diag1, diag2, diag3 .... likewise for all the available formats in your pc one of them will deffinetly open at your school.
Thankyou for using fixya free utility kindly rate my solution.
