Msi g41m-p26 won start (no power)

The most likely solution is to replace any Capacitors that have blown in the onboard power circuit. Look for a Capacitor that has got a very bulging top in the region of the power connector.

How motherboared read sata hard?

There are 2 SATA connectionsfor your motherboard near the bottom right-hand corner of the board - the little bright orange rectangular slots. Plug the SATA cable in there, and make sure you also connect eh drives to the power supply.

SAT hard drive hook-up failed on mother board

Yes you need to go into the MB BIOS and set the option to use an add in card or alternatively set the boot priority to book from your add in card first.

MY msi 7082 cant read HDD 40GB and above whY>?

Your board specifications are here -

This sounds like a memory timing issue based on the caution from the MSI page. There is no reason the board itself should have a problem with that size hard drive. Have you reset the bios to factory default and tried the various compatibility settings available in the bios?
