That is only telling you the maker, the CPU type and the year.
It is likely to be a NetVista - go to the IBM website and have a look on there.

If i am wrong by my selection, enter the machines number here:

You have to select what windows system you are searching the driver for.
The machines number, is located at the back of the server.
It should be something like this:
IBM eServer 206m -8485PBK-

Here are many different drivers, so you just have to try.

I have problems with drivers of sound


You must use XP SP2 or SP3.


Then use drivers from motherboard maker.

I have a IBM machine. I want to install vga dirver for o/s vist.Pls Guide me now

Your computer is an IBM Netvista 8311.

The cmos reset jumper it is indicated on nr.10, alternatevely when you cannot find reset jumper on a motherboard you can pull out and put back motherboard battery
