Problem for LG Shine KE970 Cellular Phone
My phone wont connect to the computer
My lg shine mobile wont connect with the usb driver when i try to install the software it says the software canno be installed because it has not passed windows logo testing. please help thank you.

- Hi, seems to be a familiar / recurring problem with the lg ke970 phone. I have windows vista and like everyone have installed / uninstalled and installed again and again. Vista absolutely refuses to recognise the phone as mass storage. Yes - lg software and driver installedYes - connectivity set to mass storage under usb option
NO - bluetooth wont allow the copying of files to / from phone only contacts / schedule.
Can someone please come up with a solution that works!!! thanks- frustrated36

okay for all of you who have tried a gazillion times to install it uninstall it , when the screen comes up on the phone "usb mass storage, please dont disconnect" hit cancel button on the phone, you should be able to connect to your pc now!

for this problem, on your desktop right click on my computer and you will see your phone as on of the mass storage device and the other one is your memory, good luck

hi shazy_123 this is nichu,i have a solution for this one
when the window pops up ,the software hasnt passed windows logo testing ,do you want to continue anyway.click on the option continue anyway by doing this there is no harm to your computer or your mobile this will install the necessity drivers and softwares in the cd .be cool

you might just have to wait mine is bloody agrivating it takes 10mins for pc to register it (usb sticks and 8gb pro duo us instant)
and keeps activating and deactivating i think itys my cable ill ge bluetooth adapter soon to get rid o problem
usually its problem with pc because when i conct to my vcomputer in service mode (take battery out and hold c and plug cable in when its switched of) but that only works when modifying firmware or adding patches)
mines a v630/w618/w610
and for a short period of time i had it as a w660

The best way to solve your problem, if you cant connect to the computer using your phone, go on my computer delete the disk drive and other one, you should then see that your 'phone card' will appear after then click undo several times until your disk drive and otoher are back.
