Re: Ear speaker has no volume.

Hmm...i have the exact same phone...though this has never happenend to me. The only thing i can suggest is maybe look at the microphone and see if there is anything clogged in it? It not, i am not really sure hwat to say? Maybe take it to youre local ATT store and have them take a look, or request a new phone?

Why can't I hear callers well?

Hello Ackbar

Because the volume isn't turned up or you don't have the speaker over your ear.

When you are actually in a call, press the volume up button.

Look where the speaker is at the top of the phone, then stand in front of a mirror and make sure that is central to your ear orifice. Stand like that for 30 minutes to get muscle memory recall, and then lower and raise the phone in front of the mirror for another 10 minutes and you should be good in future.

Speaker not working

Your explanation of the problem is not too clear.
If you receive a call and you cannot hear your caller but your caller can hear you, your speaker is bad and will need to be replaced buy phone technician.
If it is that you can hear your caller but they cannot hear you, then your mouth piece is bad and need to be replaced.
Because of the Miniature nature of the Cellphone circuit there is user serviceable part

Lg lotus speaker has no volume

My friend says it's a bad connection to the speaker, called a piezo (pezio?). My problem started with being able to hear callers but the warbly water sound was annoying. A couple of months later the volume of caller's voices was very soft. A day later they couldn't hear me at all, but as you've said I could hear them just fine. His suggestion was to see if the carrier/Sprint would replace the phone (manufacturer's warranty for one year), as this is not the kind of item "they" fix. Good luck to both of us!

Cannot hear callers voice during a call but caller hears mine

if you cant hear caller voice. do one thing go to gallery and go to voice recorder and record some voice then save that then go to media and play recorded sound if its working means your loud speaker is working but not ear peic means (ear speaker) not working. so then you need to change ear can do your self just watch video on online.

Cant hear out of ear piece

Just covering the bases, but make sure the ringtone and call volume settings are both not on "silent".
They are located at Menu -> Settings -> 1)Audio_&_Ringtones -> 3)Volume -> 1&2

I think that you have a problem with your ear piece, you should have it checked at the phone service center. you can also try to turn on the volume by moving the volume arow keys during a call but this is not a very common solution.mostly the speaker is the problem.i have the exact same problem

Can't hear caller

The earpiece speaker has gone bad. Unless you have access to a replacement speaker and can solder you will have to take the phone to you nearest Motorola service center.
