Question about iLO LCT32HA36 Television
We have suddenly got a warning label in left corner of screen. It depicts a speaker symbol with a red cross. The TV sound is fine although to be fair we do not used the in built speakers we use a surround sound system. However the label is irritating. I have tried various buttons, switched off and on, still remains. Any ideas please?
It sounds like a 'mute' icon. Check for a corresponding button on your remote control.
Just to clarify - You say the TV sound is fine but you do not use the built-in speakers...
Can you actually get any sound out of the TV speakers? If you can't it is because the TV is on mute (For your type of setup you will need to turn it off mute and then just turn the volume all the way down.)
If you can get sound out of the built-in speakers and the icon is still showing, it is almost certainly going to be a fault with the TV. You could try unplugging it, leaving it for a minute or two and then plugging it back it. This may well reset it.
Hope this helps!
