Sign into your netflix act online. In the top right corner of the page once signed in you will see a happy face, click it. Scroll to Account. Cancel options should be there.
To cancel your Netflix membership:
- Go to netflix.com and log in
- Once logged in, go to your name in the top right and then click "Your Account"
- There is a button right under Membership & Billing to cancel your membership.

I bet you tried their free month offer. If you do not cancel they assume you want to continue. They get a lot of money this way.
