Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Screen is blurry, it was dropped

You may have slightly dislodged the video interface ribbon cable that goes between the laptop's main board and the display itself. Or you may have damaged the LCD itself. Working on laptops can be tricky business and sometimes special tools are needed. If you feel brave you can remove the key board to inspect the connection between the laptops system board and the display. Before doing this I highly recommend you search for videos on disassembling your laptop on YouTube. Hope this helps.

When i turn it on nothing to see except broken line in diff collor or i mean duistroited cant even see the vios coming from thescreen

Please confirm if the lights are blowing on your notebook,
If you have any extra monitor try to connect that to the VGA Port of your Laptop. and switch it on. If display is coming on that Monitor it means the Laptop LCD having some issues.

The display color is off

Check your display drivers. Update them if needed. If the problem persist check the connections inside the laptop (sometimes they can become loose especially if the netbook has been dropped) Worst case scenario you may have to replace the screen.

Turning on my laptop

Hello Norm

This is Romeet, id like to try and help with this. Sounds a lot likely to be either Display Driver problem, System Memory or VGA Memory Problem. However we shall try and use the easiest ( Cost Friendly ) method first lols..

Start your Laptop in Safe Mode.

Right Click your " My Computer " icon and select properties.

Go to Display Adapters / VGA Controllers and right click your display adapter and restart your laptop.

WIndows should be able to pick your display drivers again on rebooting and let me know if this solves the problem

All the Best!
