Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
player is now not recognized by my computer. The problem started when I
downloaded itunes for my niece, and ever since then, the computer will not
recognize the mp3 device. I have since uninstalled itunes, but I am still having
On the computer, it does list the mp3 player as Sansa e200R, but when I try to open it, it says “please insert device into drive “I”. I’ll unplug and plug again, but get the same error message. And everytime I plug in my mp3 player, this autoplay window comes up with this crazy flashlight trying to look for the device. This never used to happen. I always got a pop-up menu of what I wanted to do with the device once recognized, but not anymore…ahhh! The only good news is that my mp3 player is charging, but the funny thing is that there used to be arrows linking the mp3 player with the computer on the screen, but now there are no arrows at all.
I have updated my drivers and downloaded the new version of sansa media converter, but nothing is working. I am very frustrated and need help! Thanks in advance!
Maybe your USB cable is not perfectly functioning try to use other cable, ant then turn on your mp3 player
