When I received the tablet I plugged in the charger as directed. As soon as I did the tablet booted but no sign of battery charging. Now I cannot boot the tablet without the charger plugged in. I was told there is a reset button but I cant locate it anywhere on the tablet. where is it?

In most cases, the battery comes loose from the main connection. Those tablets do come apart, the back just presses on.

SVP 7 Android 4 0 Tablet TPC0754 Quick Overview You didn't say which one you had, so you'll have to do a search for it. YouTube has some videos on it, but it seems to be a cheap tablet and a lot of people have had problems with it.

I pad keep turning on and off while charging

A cold reset might be needed. Keep in mind that your data might be lost. If you use iTunes see if it recognizes the iPAD at all.
If it does make sure that before doing a "reset" if offers to save your data so you can restore later.

Cant get my samsung tablet to turn on

Your tablet's battery is probably dead. This may be because you have a bad battery, a bad charger, or a bad charging cable. Try using a different cable first and let it charge for a few hours - even if it doesn't look like it is charging.

If the new cable doesn't do it, try using a different charger. Samsung devices are picky about what charger you use, so try to use one made for your tablet. If you don't have another charger, plug it into a PC's USB port with the PC turned on. Leave them on and plugged in over night. That should trickle charge your tablet.

If neither of those work, try holding down the power and the Volume Up buttons. Keep them both pressed until the Samsung logo/boot screen comes up - should only be a couple seconds. Once the logo comes up release the power button but keep holding the Volume Up button. That will boot you into Recovery Mode. If that comes up, it means you've got power and your tablet isn't broken, but there is something wrong with the Android OS that is keeping your tablet from powering up normally. Use the Volume Up and Down buttons to move the selection highlight to the Factory Reset option. This will wipe all the info off your tablet and put it back into a "brand new just out of the box" state. You'll lose your information on the tablet, but this should fix the boot problem. Press the power button to chose the Factory Reset option. It will take a few minutes. Once it says that it is done, select the Reboot or Restart option. It should reboot. This boot will take longer than normal, since its wiping things out. But not more than a few minutes.

Forgot My Pin Number. how do retrieve it .

Hola Sorry to say but if this is the right one i searched for the manual found
http://download.lenovo.com/UserFiles/UserGuide/en/User's%20guides%20and%20manuals/K1/Lenovo%20IdeaPad%20Tablet%20K1%20Hardware%20Maintenance%20Manual.pdf
IT said as following:

As many as two passwords may be needed for any Lenovo IdeaPad computer: the power-on password (POP) and the supervisor password (SVP). If any of these passwords has been set, a prompt for it appears on the screen whenever the computer is turned on. The computer does not start until the password is entered.

Exception: If only an SVP is installed, the password prompt does not appear when the operating system is booted.

Power-on password

A power-on password (POP) protects the system from being powered on by an unauthorized person. The password must be entered before an operating system can be booted.

Supervisor password

A supervisor password (SVP) protects the system information stored in the BIOS Setup Utility. The user must enter the SVP in order to get access to the BIOS Setup Utility and change the system configuration.

Attention: If the SVP has been forgotten and cannot be made available to the servicer, there is no service procedure to reset the password. The system board must be replaced for a scheduled fee.

Sorry hope this helps a little good luck
