Drop by an Apple Store and one of their techie guys will do it for you at no cost. Or, Connect to a PC and run iTunes. Click on your device in the left-hand pane, then click Summary at the top of the iTunes window, just below where the equalizer is diplayed. You should see a Restore iPad button at the top-right under your device info. Click it and follow the directions. Before you Restore, make a backup of your files and settings so you can put them back in the iPad later.
On your Mac or PC, open iTunes, complete turn off your ipad, connect the usb cable to your ipad (just the ipad, not the pc), press home button and keep pressing, conect the usb cable to the computer, you must recieve a message that there's an ipad on recovery mode, realesse home button,, press OK on the pc, then on the iTunes screen you must see a button to recover the ipad, proceed, and follow steps,, just remember,, on this procedure, you lost all the info, pictures and music on the ipad, but if you have a restore copy on your PC or MAC, you can recover all the stuff that you previsuly have archiveded.. good luck!!
