Try to disassemble your phone and you will noticed some corrossion in headset interface.if you have an anti corrossion liquid try to wash that part of your phone.if you are familiar this lacquer thinner you can also use it and brush it gently

SOURCE: I have Nokia 6233 and
you got a chort cut in the microfone contact,
phone indicates that the headset has been plugged in,and cut of the circuit to the phones microfone.
1)open your phone and clean the microfone connectors and the goldplated surface on the mainboard.
2)if your phone has been very wet, the short cut can be in the microfone.( change microfone)
If solution 1) doesnt help,
try solution 2) and change microfone.
This kind off problem is an common microfone issue.
