Im install new rings on piston how put the engine in time... for run...I see some marks but not now the alightment..

I believe its the the oil sensor. The engines are equipped with a low oil sensor and when you go around turns, accelerate, decelerate, the oil will flow from side to side and throw the sensor off, causing the engine to shut off. Remember, this is because the engine is from a pressure washer and pressure washers arent meant to be driven LOL.

I believe it is either one but if you are not sure, stick a screw driver in an see if it comes out with oil on it. Does one not have an oil level stick attached to the cap?

sounds like the high pressure pump is at fault,, or it could be a bad valve,, you can buy a rebuild kit for the pump and bebuild it your self -- but for just a few dollars more it is sometimes best to take it to a repair shop and have them give the whole unit a good once over just in case there could be something else that might need attention,, ( in the long run this is not a bad idea as this will ensure a longer/trouble free life of the unit ). the turn around time for this service at a repair shop is about 2 to 3 days and the cost of the pump repair and service will be between 85 to 125 dollars ( depending on where you live and what the shops hourly rate is ).

After changing new piston rings, Oil consumption starts.

You must always gone the bore when replacing rings. Not only does it allow the rings and bores to seal perfectly, it also removes the burnt on none stick oil coating that is preventing your new rings from bedding in. Given time the smoking should stop.

Could also be worn or leaking valve guides allowing oil past the valve stems. They are leaking when cold but seal when they warm up and expand.

Installed new piston rings and gas is getting inside oil

valve not closing is from a bent valve. Black soot is from over fuelling and incomplete combustion. Oily chamber is oil from the rings. It si possible that more than one valve is bent as it occurs from turning the engine over without letting of the rockers when adjusting the valve timing.

Honda gx390 has low power.

Well it sounds like you may need new piston rings or an engine rebuild due to low compression. But a good way to tell if you need an engine rebuild is to test the compression and see if it is up to spec. You can often just feel that the engine is very easy to turn over which is a good sign that you need a rebuild.

Put the piston at TDC (Top Dead Center) by lining up the timing marks on the flywheel and stator. Put the cylinder head back together with the cam installed so the high points of the cam lobes are pointing kind of downward. Pull the cam chain taught on the front side of the engine. Put the chain on the cam gear such that, when bolted to the cam, the index mark or marks are in the proper position.

The proper position depends on what markings are on the cam. Some bikes have a single mark; an arrow, a straight line or an "O". The mark should line up with the center-line of the crankshaft. If the cam has two marks opposite each other, the lines should be parallel with the gasket surface. You will need to rotate the unbolted cam left or right just a bit in order to match up the bolt holes to the gear holes.

I had to replase the piston and fogot how to put it back togther

Put the piston in with the mark on the top of the piston facing the exhaust port of the cylinder. put one circlip in the piston in the bore seated correctly in the groove. place piston over rod facing correct direction and insert wristpin into piston and through the rod needle bearing in the top of the rod. insert other circlip and seat correctly in groove. install compression rings with letter or any markings facing up. markings usually located at end gap on either side. install oil ring with straight ring on top squiggly ring in center and straight ring on bottom all in the same groove which will be the lowest groove on the piston.stagger all the ring end gaps. do not let all the gaps line up. install base gasket on engine case. clean everything and make sure everything stays clean. slide cylinder over piston and compress rings with fingers and finesse cylinder over piston. do not force. put nuts on studs and tighten to spec in service manual. install head gasket correctly and put head on and put nuts on studs. tighten to spec. reassemble rest of motorcycle and get hurt! have fun

I have a 1995 jeep grand cherokee. we put a new motor in it but i can't seem to get the distribtor timed with the timing marks

Which engine? Just a generic answer is that the damper on the front of the engine may be your problem...Sometimes the outer ring moves on the inner rubber insert. If this happens and you need to establish timing, there still is a way...use a bolt with the exact same thread as your spark plugs have, dress the end so it is rounded on the end.Turn the engine by hand till you can see the piston. Install the bolt into #1 spark plug hole,so it extends into the combustion chamber. Turn the engine by hand till the #1 piston touches it. make a mark on the damper exactly at the "0" mark on the scale.Remove the bolt and turn the engine backwards till the piston is again visible, install bolt again and turn till it touches the bolt again. Make another mark, again at "0".. Remove the bolt. Measure the distance between the two marks you made, divide it exactly in half and this is exact top dead center. Make a mark there and use it to time the engine.
WARNING: Do not turn the engine using the starter, or use any excessive force when turning the engine or you will do damage to either the piston or valves.It is best to install the bolt after you are visually close to top of piston travel (look through plug hole till you see the piston) to avoid valve contact.
You can "save" a pulley with a migrating ring by drilling and tapping
a 1/4" hole 180 degrees apart, through the outer and inner rings
You need to use exactly the same length threaded rod installed into both holes to keep ring from moving again. Use loctite to prevent the rod from working loose.The balancer is balanced...using different length rod will throw off that balance. I cut a scredriver slot into end of rod to aid in installing. Holes must be exactly at 180 to retain balance as well. You may also have the distributor a tooth off, so make sure that's correct as well.
