Question about Nokia 6620
I had the same problem, i thought that was the end of the phone. What you should do is get a Torx 5 or T5 screw driver, open the take out the screws that would expose the front of the phone, press down on the ear speaker and the power button at the same time and it should come on. Now everytime ur phone discharges or cuts off you have to repeat the process to turn it on. And i think its because something in the phone gets slack and the switch on the board moves away from the switch on the top of the phone.

Your battery seems to be absolute dead. Try a new or someone elses battery. It runs on charger means that the battery is not storing any charge and the phone gets it directly from the charger.
