SOURCE: Dark Images

Even in automatic mode, camera still lets you pick what ISO to use. If ISO-Auto is OFF in camera menus, this can give some dark images. Press and hold ISO button and rotate command dial to give a higher ISO, or turn ISO-Auto on in camera menu with crayon icon. Also note that the camera saves exposure compensation setting for each mode,

SOURCE: Blured images when flash not used.

It could be 1 of 2 issues:-

1) Make sure all your settings are on Auto and try again. It may be currently set to a specific scene setting which is distorting your photos.

2) It may require a firmware upgrade. That will involve going to the Nikon website, following links to support/downloads and checking to see if there's an update for your camera.

E:61:10

The error e:61:10 signifies a stuck internal lens. Shut it off and tapping it on the side might work. If not you could have it repaired. In that case you may as well buy a new camera. Sorry.

When power on blured screen apear and blured image

1. Try cleaning the lens with a soft dry cloth. Do NOT blow on the lens first. 2. You could be experiencing camera shake - if you are in shutter mode and if your shutter speed is too slow for the light available you get a blurred image.

Problm with viewsonic va712b

sounds like the operating mode is at a frequency or refresh rate that is outside the viewsonic operating specifications when in normal mode. possible solution: in safe mode access control panel, system, devices (hardware) and look for display. do a right click and uninstall. repeat right click and "scan for hardware changes". That might reset the monitor operating modes but it also gives you a chance to reinstall drivers. If this does not work, try other monitor crt/lcd to see what happens.

Black screen in shoot mode

The most common cause of this is a failed image sensor. Usually the playback mode will let you view pictures taken before the issue happened just fine and you will also be able to view the menu system just fine. When viewing the screen in an image taking mode, however, there is typically discolorations, horizontal or vertical lines, image bluring or distortions, or simply a black screen.

This situation, if caused by the image sensor, has to serviced and cannot be fixed by the user. If you are within your one year warranty and no user damage has been done to the camera, the camera will be fixed at no charge. If beyond the 12 month period however the customer may opt to have the unit repaired at a cost or take advantage of the Canon Loyalty Program and upgrade to refurbished S3 IS at an alternate discounted price.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

The monitor hjas lost its original colour,It potrays images that are a bit red and yellow. Its a Compaq V570

It's probably not a matter for adjustment, it's probably in need of electrical troubleshooting to find and replace defective components. It may be the CRT itself. One way they often fail is to show or lose one particular color more than another. These days a common 15" CRT monitor is probably not economical to repair by a brick-and-mortar service shop.
