The problem is this :
Thermistor or heater abnormality at power-ON: Abnormality of service call the thermistor is detected when power is turned ON or the temperature of the fuser roller does not rise in a specified period of time after power is turned ON.

Fuser Unit problem. The fuser is the part that heats up and is located right where the paper exits the machine. Most common problem causing this code is the thermistors go bad. You most like need the 2 thermistors replaced in your fuser unit.

H3-00 means there was a problem in the fuser unit of the copier - a temperature problem.
The correct temperature is not reached within a certain time or an overheat, It could be a thermostat or thermistor problem - which both monitor temperature.
You could remove the fuser unit and make sure these items are clean - no build up on them, There should be a center and side thermistor.
You can also reset the error code in SIM mode by pressing the following keys one after the other:
" P " " interupt " " C " " interupt "
Then 14 and start/copy key. Confirm if required and make sure the copier is restarted afterwards.

If the error persists then you may need new thermistors.

The C410/440/450 are all related to fuser unit. Normally is caused by thermistor. The fastest way is to enter 08 mode, key in "400", set the value to "0". Then restart MFP, this can reset the code. But if occur again, it is recommend to check the thermistor, which can be dirty or failure.

It is abnormal temperature in the fuser*, thermistor error.

Maybe replacing fuser would help. But better contact service person.
